Green Pancakes

Crempog Las are a variant on the traditional pancake that add parlsey and onions. THink of them as a Welsh version of the Korean Pajeon, with a more herbal taste.
Ingredients
- 225g flour
- 2 eggs
- chopped parsley
- spring onions or shallots
- 300ml milk
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix the flour, eggs and milk to create a batter.
- Stir in the parsley, onion, and some salt and pepper.
- Put a frying pan on moderate heat with a good amount of butter.
- Ladle into a frying pan (take care to avoid overcrowding!) and cook through on both sides, 2-3 minutes.
- Spread with butter and eat while hot!
